Do I need an account to place an order
No, you may check-out as a guest but we recommend creating an account to make it easier to track your orders and make your life a little simpler next time you shop with us.
I've forgotton my password
We have all done it !! If you‘ve forgotten your password, just follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page to reset.
What packaging will my order be shipped in
We keep our pacakging to a minimum, without loosing the magic of shopping instore, whilst shopping online . We choose the most sustainable options for our pacakging but if you would rather go wihout, leave a note on your order.

How long will my order take
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day ( please note during sales and busier times this may be extended)

At this time, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order
You can track your item, via your account or using the information sent in your shipped email. Please note some services have limited tracking available.
Returns questions
How long do I get to return an item
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not free and we advise you use a tracked service.
How do I request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order details.
If you purchased your item in the sale , you can request a return for Credit note via returns@femss.co.uk
To start a return, simply use our automated returns portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I return Sale items
Items bought in sale or outlet are not eligible for a return OR exchange, only credit note. You can do this via returns@femss.co.uk
Unfair returns
Any items that have signs of wear , tags removed or damaged will not be accepted , the item will be returned without refund at a cost to yourself.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
How long will my refund take
