    The above times are estimates given to us by our couriers. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays, and delays due to holidays, Covid or other things may impact these delivery times.

     

    For international orders, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing. If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.

    Tracking 

    You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account 

    If the carriers tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact customer service to investigate,

     

    Lost or stolen packages 

    We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

    After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

    Please note, FEMSS is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

    We partner with several couriers both in the UK and international to ensure we are always giving customers the best and most economic options , the following information  is provided publicly on delivery partners website and may be subject to change without out notice, for the most up to date information visit your couriers website. 

     

    Dispatch

    We aim to dispatch orders the following working day, this doesn’t include orders where Next Day delivery is chose as your shipping option , orders with Next Day Delivery ordered before 12pm will be dispatched same day

    Please note, this can take longer during sales and other high volume times. 

    Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress, this may be limited dependant on the shipping option chosen. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
